I think I should have received my E-Bill by now, but I haven't. What should I do?

You should receive your E-Bill around the same date that you received your paper bill each month. If you do not, please check your Spam box for an email with a "From" address of noreply@garlandtx.gov. because it could be in there. If it is there, add the email's "From" address to your Contacts list so that the E-Bill will arrive in your In-box in the future. If you still do not see your E-Bill, please email customer service or call 972-205-2671.
