   This form allows you to make your request for Deferred Disposition, but does not guarantee you that you will be granted the Deferral. Your request will be reviewed by Court staff and you will be contacted by email or by phone once a determination has been reached on your eligibility. If you are granted Deferral, a Deferral Agreement will be emailed to you along with your payment requirements.

    If the Judge grants my request for Deferred Disposition Online, I understand and agree that per the provisions of Article 27.14(c) of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure that I will be entering a plea of NO CONTEST and WAIVING MY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. I further understand and agree that in the event that I fail to comply with the terms of my Deferred Disposition that my probation will be revoked and a conviction will be reported on my driving record with the Department of Public Safety.

    I understand and agree that as part of my online application for Deferred Disposition that I will pay my court costs and fees online or over the phone. I understand that there is a 3.5% fee to pay online and a 5% fee to pay by phone. Once I receive approval from court staff, I understand that I will have 3 days to pay my fees or the online Deferred Disposition request will be denied and a court hearing scheduled for me to appear on my case.
